Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for Oil Change Team Members to join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience required and we will train you to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades/air filters, and other light maintenance.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions. We offer paid training, opportunities to move up to Shop Manager roles, and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and same-day pay via myFlexPay.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation to shop.
• Over 18 years of age (age exceptions listed).
• Strong customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock inventory and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service.
