Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Oil Change Team Member to join our growing crew. No experience required; we train you to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades and air filters, and assist with light maintenance while you learn in a fast-paced shop.

This full-time role offers base pay with commissions up to $15/hour total, paid training, opportunities to promote to management, and benefits like health, vision, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
