Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is offering an opportunity to join our growing team as an Oil Change Team Member. We train you to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades/air filters, and handle light maintenance while you stay in the car.

No experience is required. We offer paid training, full-time schedules, and the chance to advance rapidly as many shop leaders started as lube techs.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, with PAID training and a path to leadership roles within Take 5.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to learn lube technician duties.
• Willingness to learn, work hard, and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform basic maintenance.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep the work area clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
