Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our shop teams. No prior experience is required, as we provide training to teach you how to change oil, replace parts, and perform light maintenance.

You can earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, with opportunities for advancement into management tracks. We offer full-time roles with flexible schedules, competitive base pay, weekly bonuses, same-day pay through myFlexPay, and paid time off for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to move in and out of a shallow 3’ pit safely.
• Must be able to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather.
• Reliable transportation to the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 in some states).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
