Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our fast-paced, customer-focused crew. No experience required—we train you to become a skilled lube tech while you learn and grow with us, from crew member to manager roles through our internal promotion path.

Earn up to $15 per hour, plus base pay, commissions, and weekly bonuses. We offer full-time schedules, paid time off, health coverage, and same-day pay through myFlexPay. Join us and keep vehicles moving safely.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
