Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for an Oil Change Team Member. No experience is required; we provide paid training to become a lube technician who can perform basic maintenance and oil changes while you stay in the car.

The role offers up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions and room to move up through internal promotions. We offer full-time schedules, weekly bonuses, same day pay via myFlexPay, free oil changes, paid time off for full-time staff, and health, vision, and dental insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory
• Provide excellent customer service
