Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member. No experience required; we train you to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades/filters, check tires, and do light maintenance while you learn with a positive attitude.

We offer full‑time roles with flexible schedules, base pay up to $15/hr plus commissions, paid training, opportunities to advance into shop leadership, and benefits like paid time off and health coverage.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in hot/cold weather.
• Reliable transportation to the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges and light maintenance.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Provide excellent customer service.
