Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members for full-time roles. No experience required, with training provided. You will perform oil changes, light maintenance, and related tasks while interacting with customers. Excellent teamwork and a positive attitude are encouraged.

We offer pay up to $15/hr base with commissions, flexible shifts, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in variable shop conditions (hot/cold).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep work area clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
