Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube techs to join our growing team. You’ll learn to change oil, replace wiper blades, and perform light maintenance while you stay in your car.

No experience is required; we train you with paid training, and over 90% of our shop managers started as lube techs. We offer up to $15/hr base pay with commissions, weekly bonuses, and same-day pay through myFlexPay.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided for lube technician duties.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a shop environment.
• Willing to learn, work hard, and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
