Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required, and we provide paid training to help you learn how to change oil, replace wiper blades, and perform light maintenance in a fast-paced shop.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, with opportunities to advance to management roles. We offer flexible schedules, benefits, and a supportive path from technician to leader within Take 5.

Qualifications

• No experience required; trained on the job.
• Paid training to become a lube technician.
• Must be willing to learn and bring a positive attitude.
• Full-time crew members and lube techs are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide excellent customer service.
