Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is hiring Oil Change Team Members. No experience required; you will be trained to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades/air filters, check and adjust tires, and perform light maintenance.

The role offers hourly pay with commissions and opportunities for growth within the Take 5/Driven Brands family. Full-time schedules are available; benefits include paid time off, health/vision/dental coverage, and the chance to move into management roles with paid training.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in hot/cold weather conditions and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
