Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is hiring an Oil Change Team Member. No experience required; we provide training to perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire pressure checks, and light maintenance. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-facing role with a positive attitude.

Base pay is hourly with potential commissions or bonuses, plus paid time off and benefits. Opportunities for advancement are highlighted via internal growth paths within Take 5.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain floor inventory
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
