Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change – Shop Manager at Spring, TX Shop #79. The role focuses on leading a service team, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations, including inventory and payroll duties.

Paid training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a path from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training. Experienced managers can earn $55k+ per year with base salary and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in management is valued but not required.
• Paid training provided on the Take 5 way to manage a shop.
• Willing to work up to 55 hours per week on occasion.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules & submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory: End of Period and End of Year counts.
• Placing product orders and restocking as necessary.
• Understanding the shop's financials to drive results and budget use.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew members with oil changes and light maintenance tasks.
