Qualifications

• Experience leading a service team is valued but not required.
• Strong people skills and ability to train others.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboarding and training new crew members.
• Create crew schedules and process payroll.
• Control inventory including end-of-period checks and stock levels.
• Place product orders and restock inventory as needed.
• Understand shop financials to drive results within budget.
