Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a busy service team. You’ll recruit, train, and coach crew members, manage schedules, control inventory, and oversee shop performance.

PAID TRAINING is provided to learn the Take 5 way and advance along a growth path, including experiences from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training. Experienced managers can earn $55k+ per year with base pay and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules & submitting payroll
• Controlling inventory and End of Period/End of Year inventories
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory
• Understanding shop financials to drive results and budget planning
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Supporting crew with oil changes and other auto services
• Providing excellent customer service
