Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members. No experience required; you will be trained to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades, air filters, and light maintenance tasks while learning a fast, friendly service model.

Earn up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions. Full-time schedules with flexible options, paid training, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles are highlighted in our team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
• Comfortable working in hot/cold weather and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oil changes and basic maintenance tasks.
• Wash windshield and check tire pressure; top off fluids.
• Restock and organize shop inventory and parts on the floor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customers.
