Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and deliver excellent customer service. PAID TRAINING is provided to teach the Take 5 way of managing a location and performing oil changes, filters, and basic maintenance.

Move up fast with internal promotion opportunities; 90% of leaders started in entry roles. Earn $13.25–$19.00 per hour with health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Assume Shop Manager responsibilities in their absence.
• Run the floor to keep staff in position and customers satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties.
• Drain motor oil, change filters, and perform light maintenance.
