Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily operations while receiving comprehensive paid training. You will guide a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and help manage vehicle service flow.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn; prior experience isn’t required. This full‑time role includes benefits and growth through a real shop leadership path.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required; paid training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot/cold conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
• Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities in the Manager's absence.
• Run the floor to ensure each employee is in position and every customer is satisfied.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way.
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other light auto services.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep the shop and facilities clean.
