Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school training preferred.
• CETP certification and state license as applicable for propane technicians.

Responsibilities

• Installs, troubleshoots and repairs oil and/or propane heating systems per codes and Dead River policies.
• Performs efficiency tests, tune-ups, and service inspections.
• Maintains neat, safe, and courteous service and preserves customer property.
• Records parts and labor promptly and tracks inventories in the service vehicle.
• Participates in on-call schedule as needed.
• Ensures safety and compliance with all regulations and company policies.
