Job summary

HellermannTyton group is seeking an experienced EHS professional in Milwaukee, WI to support Occupational Health and Safety across manufacturing systems. Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in safety/environmental/industrial hygiene with industry EHS experience.
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and related regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train and advise across the organization.
• Proficiency with MS Office and safety management tools; example: OIMS.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours to support 24-hour site operations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement health and safety programs and audits.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate EHS programs and MOC processes, evaluating hazards and risks.
• Lead ISO 45001 audits and track corrective actions to closure.
• Conduct industrial hygiene evaluations, noise surveys, air sampling, chemical exposure assessments, and PPE reviews.
• Perform Job Hazard and Job Risk Analyses and develop training.
• Maintain EHS policies, procedures, and compliance audits; support contractor approval processes.
• Provide administrative support to the EHS department and coordinate travel among sites.
