Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Ohio seeks a Clinical Resource Specialist for the OhioRISE program. The role provides advanced clinical guidance for high-acuity youth and families, partnering with care coordinators, communities and state stakeholders to improve outcomes within trauma-informed, strength-based practice.

The position requires licensure (LISW/LPCC in OH), graduate-level training in behavioral health, and 3–4 years in mental health leadership or clinical consultation.

Qualifications

• A high school degree or GED required.
• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral health or related field required.
• A master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related field required.
• Active licensure as LISW/LPCC in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal clinical expert for CFT meetings guiding high-acuity cases.
• Provide clinical consultation for trauma-informed, strength-based, family-centered care planning.
• Consult on care plans, crisis and safety planning for complex cases within licensure.
• Collaborate with OhioRISE staff and partners to ensure coordinated care.
• Support clinical decision-making and prevent barriers to OhioRISE implementation.
