• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience in related field.
• Experience in building products or retail channels preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge expanding MITER Brands' footprint in the retail home improvement channel.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth and market penetration.
• Increase visibility and market presence within retail locations.
• Develop and execute plans to generate incremental sales opportunities and market share growth.
• Educate & Inspire product knowledge and sales training for retail associates and pro sales teams.
• Equip retail partners with tools and knowledge to promote MITER Brands products.
• Partner with retailer pro sales teams and key stakeholders to position products as the preferred choice.
• Provide aftermarket sales and service support and resolve customer concerns with high service levels.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless fulfillment.
