Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Massachusetts to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with retail partners. You will represent MITER Brands in the retail channel, develop new business opportunities, and promote product awareness across your assigned territory.

Responsibilities include expanding the brand footprint in retail locations, delivering training to store staff, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent sales experience.
• Experience in the building products industry preferred.
• Experience in retail home improvement environment preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales growth through retail channels.

Responsibilities

• Expand MITER Brands' footprint by cultivating relationships within the retail home improvement channel.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth and market penetration.
• Increase visibility and market presence within retail locations.
• Develop and execute plans to generate incremental sales opportunities and market share growth.
• Educate retail partners with product knowledge and sales training.
