Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking Shared Living Caregivers to provide supportive homes for adults with developmental disabilities in Ohio. You will host the individual in your home, work within daily routines, and help with daily living tasks while building meaningful relationships.

This is a remote, home-based role with a tax-free stipend of $35,000–$60,000 per year, plus paid time off and additional compensation if caring for more than one person. Free training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Clean background check is required.
• Must have a vehicle and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide a private, furnished bedroom and shared living areas in your home.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, cooking, and cleaning.
