Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Regional Manager to drive sales success by leading a dedicated team of sales professionals in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. You will hire, train, and develop top talent while shaping regional strategies to exceed targets and maximize opportunities.

You will collaborate with Area VP Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Accounts to ensure alignment of initiatives, monitor performance, and report on progress. Travel is estimated at about 50% to cover key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years in sales with a proven history of success.
• Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in developing and implementing sales programs.
• Leadership experience in formal roles or leading teams strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales activity and productivity standards, territory management, schedules, and time management for the sales team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals; conduct quarterly sales training sessions and performance reviews.
• Review and analyze sales data and commission reports; manage target pipelines to align with goals.
• Establish monthly meetings with Sales leadership to discuss regional goals and status; communicate with Marketing and Corporate Accounts.
