Job summary

HDR is an employee-owned firm delivering infrastructure with focus on quality and safety. The Ohio Construction Field Services Leader will oversee all transportation construction services in Ohio, including construction management, project controls, inspection supervision, and QA oversight.

This senior role combines business development, planning, staffing, and budget control to grow HDR’s Construction Services in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant field.
• Professional registration or certification may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of transportation construction services in Ohio.
• Lead Construction Services Group, including management, QA, and staffing.
• Develop business plans, budgets and schedules for construction projects.
• Ensure safety and quality on field activities.
