Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Ohio Construction Field Services Leader to oversee transportation construction services in Ohio, including construction management, controls, and inspection supervision. The role combines business planning, staffing, budgeting, and QA oversight with project management responsibilities on program and construction engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will lead client relations, develop staffing plans, ensure safety compliance, and drive quality control across projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in construction or field services.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of all transportation construction services in Ohio.
• Lead construction management, project controls, and inspection staff supervision.
• Develop business plans, staffing, budgeting, and QA oversight.
• Serve as Project/Construction Manager on program management and construction engineering projects.
• Manage client relations and coordinate with local area leaders.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and quality assurance.
