Job summary

HDR is seeking an Ohio Construction Field Services Leader to oversee the delivery of transportation construction services in Ohio. The role focuses on Construction Management, project controls, inspection staff supervision, and QA, with responsibilities for program management and client relations.

The position requires 15+ years in related work (preferred), a Bachelor's degree, and professional registration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years experience.
Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments.
Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee transportation construction services delivery in Ohio.
