Job summary

MasTec Utility Services seeks an OHE Lineman A in training to assist Journeyman Lineman and Foreman in constructing and maintaining poles and power lines for distribution. You will learn safe practices while supporting the Line team on job sites.

Responsibilities include installing, inspecting, and connecting electrical equipment, and aiding in line switching and pole work. A CDL is required and OSHA 10 is preferred for advanced roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of lineman experience.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, and inspect transmission and distribution of electrical lines.
• Provide technical skills for operation and maintenance of reliable electrical services.
• Connect, disconnect, install, move, and transfer electrical devices on customer facilities.
