Job summary

Latham & Watkins seeks an OGC Manager - Conflicts, Business Intake & Compliance to lead the conflicts reporting, conflicts database operations, and related program management. The role can be based in Washington, D.C., Austin, Chicago, New York, or Los Angeles, with a hybrid in-office schedule possible.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and substantial experience in conflicts or new business systems within a law firm or professional services firm, including leadership responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience with conflicts and/or new business systems in a law firm or other professional services firm, preferably.
• Minimum of seven years of cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and developing best practices for conflicts database management and business intake processes; coordinate with senior leadership to ensure risk management procedures are in place.
• Participating in software design and development activities for conflicts and new business software; test and provide improvement recommendations.
• Stay abreast of technologies and market trends and assess their suitability for the firm.
