Latham & Watkins, a leading global law firm, seeks an OGC Manager for Conflicts, Business Intake & Compliance in Chicago. You will oversee conflicts reporting, the conflicts database, and staff, ensuring policy compliance with firm standards.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office presence and opportunities across multiple major offices. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant conflicts or new business systems experience in a professional services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with conflicts and/or new business systems in a law firm or other professional services firm, preferably
Minimum of seven (7) years of cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

Monitoring and developing best practices for conflict database management and business intake processes.
Testing and coordinating improvements to conflicts software and systems.
Staying current with technologies and market trends related to conflicts management.
Providing guidance to senior management on conflicts platforms and projects.
Protecting confidential and proprietary information.
