Job summary

Westminster Theological Seminary in Aurora, CO is seeking an Events & Ministry Coordinator for an offsite, part-time role. The position involves planning social activities, coordinating with apartment communities, and advancing the ministry minded mission.

You will work 32 hours per month across evenings and weekends, travel between communities, and create marketing materials and reports. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Basic English fluency for marketing materials and required reports.
• Current driver’s license and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan one event or outreach strategy each month for each community.
• Care for residents and connect them with services and businesses.
• Encourage residents to share positive experiences online.
• Create marketing materials, including calendars, flyers, and social media posts.
• Manage event budgets.
• Prepare monthly reports and summaries.
• Meet with staff and the Program Director for planning and development.
• Build and engage a team of volunteers, vendors, and partners.
