Job summary

We are seeking a Warehouse & Yard Coordinator to support a renewable energy client on a major US Offshore Wind Farm project based in Providence, RI. The role involves managing the storage yard, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring safe yard operations on site.

Ideal candidates will have basic MS Office skills, the ability to work in extreme heat/cold, and experience in warehouse/yard operations, with forklift/telehandler/scissor lift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or yard operations.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Maintain an efficient storage yard for the client’s assets.
• Inspect yard and report housekeeping or safety actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and local suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels of equipment, spares, rigging and lifting gear.
• Assist with small maintenance tasks on yard assets.
