Job summary

Atlas NextWave is looking for a Warehouse & Yard Coordinator to join the team in Providence, RI. This full onsite W2 contract lasts one year and focuses on ensuring efficient operations within the storage yard and warehouse.

The ideal candidate will assist in daily operations, maintain a safe work environment, and manage stock levels of equipment. Basic computer skills and a forklift license are required, and candidates should live near Providence, RI.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for and willing to obtain a TWIC card.
• Forklift license required or must be willing to obtain.
• Live within commutable distance to Providence, RI.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in the storage yard and warehouse.
• Conduct regular inspections and report issues to the Yard Manager.
• Promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Assist with equipment mobilization/demobilization.
• Monitor stock levels of equipment and consumables.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and stored properly.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and container handling.
• Perform small maintenance tasks across the facilities.
