Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking an experienced Wind Technician to join the CVOW offshore team off Virginia Beach. You will perform completion and punch-list activities on Siemens Gamesa turbines, live offshore on a Service Operations Vessel, and work a four-week on/four-week off rotation.

Responsibilities include inspecting turbine components, diagnosing faults, and ensuring documentation and final acceptance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar wind industry role.
• Proven ability to identify and complete punch-list items on turbines.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work offshore on SOV with rotations.

Responsibilities

• Performs completion and punch-list activities on offshore wind turbine systems.
• Inspects components to identify outstanding items and documents findings.
• Completes electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural punch-list tasks.
• Diagnoses issues and applies corrective actions to close items.
• Supports testing, inspections, and final acceptance of turbine systems.
• Works safely following HSE procedures and vessel rules.
• Maintains detailed reports and records of work performed.
