Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent wind training).
• 8 years of offshore wind farm experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical troubleshooting for turbine issues to service teams, escalating to specialists as needed.
• Create and manage technical cases, work orders, and NCs for instructions, tools, or troubleshooting guides updates.
• Support Work Order readiness by defining priority and assisting back office with tooling and spares lists.
• Coordinate daily planning calls with offshore vessels to support execution planning.
• Collaborate with design and support teams to develop world-class troubleshooting guides.
• Lead improvements affecting controller, HMI, SCADA functions for technician operations and grid outages.
• Drive process improvements focusing on digitalization, data analytics, and EHS compliance.
• Analyze data for continuous improvement in safety and quality, focusing on warnings and control strategies.
