Responsibilities include provisioning, adherence to USCG and environmental regulations, and participation in safety drills. The position requires physical capability for offshore work and rotation schedules.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a cook in marine, offshore, industrial, or commercial food service.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and lift provisions.
• Ability to work rotational schedules aboard a vessel.
• Must meet physical requirements and safety testing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve nutritious, high-quality meals for vessel personnel.
• Plan menus and maintain inventories of food and galley supplies.
• Order, receive, inspect, and store provisions to ensure freshness.
• Maintain galley cleanliness and sanitation, and proper storage temperatures.
• Comply with USCG, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Assist with onboard training and safety procedures.
