Job summary

Energy Job Shop is seeking experienced Offshore Galleyhands to join our team on offshore facilities in the Gulf of Mexico, supporting daily food service operations.

Ideal candidates are dependable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced marine environment. The role involves galley cleanliness, meal prep assistance, and maintaining a safe crew area. Offshore rotations and safety certifications are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, restaurant, or offshore galley experience preferred.
• Ability to work offshore rotational schedules.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical.
• TWIC card required.
• Valid U.S. Coast Guard Medical Certificate (if applicable) preferred.
• Food safety certification a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, lift, climb stairs, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working offshore in marine environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in the galley and work areas.
