Qualifications

• TWIC card required or in process
• Safe Gulf certification
• Rigging knowledge
• 1st Aid certification
• Water Survival certification

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals according to the established schedule.
• Maintain accurate meal and bunk rosters and inventories.
• Supervise on-duty staff to ensure sanitation, safety, and efficiency.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety rules and procedures; train staff.
