Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of customer relationships, managing start-ups, operational execution status and demobilizations.
• Ensure rig operations comply with national and international acts and regulations, Seadrill policies, procedures, and SOX.
• Assist in managing rig contracts and address challenges and opportunities.
• Leverage data to provide insights and assess rig performance.
• Contribute to leadership development among senior rig personnel and the rig team.
• Support training, development plans, and appraisals for all rig personnel per Seadrill directives.
• Collaborate with offshore leadership to ensure effective onshore/offshore communication.
