Qualifications

• Moderate-advanced leadership and budgeting experience in a drilling context.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with influence across stakeholders.
• Experience managing safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Overall performance of the Rig and delivery of targets.
• Prepare and manage budget/forecasts for the Rig and contract requirements.
• Act as part of Area management, guiding operations projects and systems.
