Job summary

GC-Squared Resources, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler/Cost Controller to support offshore and marine projects. The role coordinates between Project Management, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, QHSE, and other project support functions to ensure schedules, costs, resources, and progress are accurately tracked.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, PM, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, cost control, or project services, offshore/marine preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project and Excel.
• Ability to read schedules, contracts, and cost data; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using approved scheduling software.
• Create baseline, progress, look-ahead, and recovery schedules as required.
• Assist with budgets, cost trackers, revenue projections, and cost forecasts.
• Monitor milestones, critical path, cost performance, and expenditures.
• Prepare schedule, cost, progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, fabrication, and logistics.
