Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Engineer to support offshore oil and gas facilities. The role combines production optimization, troubleshooting, and reliability for maximum uptime. You will work with Operations, Production Engineering, Process Engineering, and Facilities teams to monitor systems and implement improvements.

This position follows a 14 days on / 14 days off offshore rotation. You will troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, support debottlenecking initiatives, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Petroleum engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in oil and gas industry.
• Experience supporting offshore production operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, reliable operation of offshore production facilities.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and throughput.
• Troubleshoot process, mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Participate in safety processes (JSA, PTW, CoW) and risk assessments.
