Job summary

Arena Offshore, LP is seeking a Facilities Engineer to provide engineering and technical expertise to support offshore assets, focusing on maintenance, optimization, and capital projects.

The role requires extensive experience in offshore facilities, strong knowledge of design and construction, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Occasional travel, offshore rotation, and professional development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in offshore production facilities or equivalent upstream oil & gas operations.
• Proven experience in construction, installation, and/or commissioning in the upstream sector.
• Familiarity with 30CFR 250, API RP14C, and other industry standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and optimization of offshore production equipment and utility systems.
• Lead engineering design and execution for capital projects including schedules and AFEs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Arena Offshore safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors during project execution.
• Define and implement process safety standards and hazard analyses.
• Maintain compliance documentation such as P&IDs and Safety Flow Diagrams.
