Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking an Offshore Logistics Manager to oversee logistics coordination and administrative operations supporting offshore project staffing, maintenance campaigns, and turn-around scopes in Broussard, LA. This role reports to the Manager of Offshore Operations and directly supervises Drivers and the Operations Administrative Assistant.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 4+ years in logistics coordination or workforce support in offshore/industrial environments.
• 2+ years supervisory or lead experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheet & SharePoint.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Full-time, on-site, office setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore and onshore logistics coordination and admin operations.
• Supervise Drivers and Operations Administrative Assistant; manage performance.
• Coordinate training, certification, credentialing for offshore assignments.
• Ensure crew make-ups comply with Bilfinger and customer requirements.
• Lead weekly Logistics Resource Management Meetings.
• Serve as liaison among field logistics, project managers, HR, and support functions.
