Siemens Gamesa, a global leader in offshore wind, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to deliver a critical offshore package from planning through commissioning and handover. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-schedule execution.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in large-scale construction, PMP certification, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of experience managing large, complex construction projects.
• PMP certification preferred or required.
• Experience in offshore wind, renewables, or major industrial construction is desirable.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans for offshore construction work packages.
• Lead project execution to achieve scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Monitor performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and handover activities with safety and engineering compliance.
• Serve as primary interface for internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships, including procurement support and contract administration.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, HSE, and site management to deliver projects.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; drive proactive issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and offshore construction requirements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.
