Job summary

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is seeking an Offshore Installation Lead (f/m/x) for Offshore Construction to supervise and guide assigned teams, ensuring safe, timely, and effective execution in line with contract specs and EHS/QA systems. You will lead planning, ensure documentation, permits, and RAMS, and drive Lean workflows while maintaining Zero Harm culture.

This role requires extensive offshore/onshore site work, global travel, and an electrical background.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in large international manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong EHS and QA knowledge with ability to enforce safety standards and quality.
Background in wind turbine products and ability to translate technical issues into actionable plans.
Experience with project site work processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide strong EHS leadership to ensure a Zero Harm environment.
Participate in project planning and ensure necessary assessments and certifications are in place.
Verify personnel, including contractors, are qualified and briefed on EHS protocols.
Ensure work activities align with documentation, permits and RAMS.
Drive Lean workflows and coordinate improvements across all areas.
Allocate working hours to prevent excessive site hours and protect team well-being.
