Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Health & Safety experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience in Offshore HSE Operations.
• Strong organization skills with minimal oversight.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel).
• Strong communication across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of GOA regulatory requirements.
• Presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Formally manage the Offshore HSE Advisors on the assigned facilities.
• Develop and review SEMS/HSE programs to meet needs.
• Support offshore HSE Advisors in incident reporting and management.
• Lead incident investigations and close out with corrective actions.
• Assist in rolling out and implementing HSE programs and initiatives.
• Support Onshore and Offshore HSE Representatives as needed.
• Conduct contractor HSE and internal SEMS audits and assessments.
• Perform KPI-based trend analysis of HSE practices.
• Assist in development and updating of HSE training and safety improvements.
• Provide support with contractor scorecards and field resource planning.
• Keep HSE Manager informed on field activities and required resources.
• Encourage career development discussions during reviews.
• Conduct periodic site visits and stay current on processes/technologies.
• Ensure policies and procedures are understood and followed.
• Participate in Incident Management Team and Oil Spill Response Plan Exercises.
