Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Project Manager - Offshore to lead large EPC offshore projects with high TIC values. You will manage execution, supervise staff or teams, and serve as a primary contact for clients, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and cost control.

The role requires extensive PM experience in EPC settings, strong negotiation skills, and a background in engineering with a P.E. certification.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of experience in EPC projects, with 15+ years including PM responsibilities.
Experience with large EPC projects, working with construction partners on schedules, cost forecasts and subcontract management.
Experience negotiating complex commercial issues with clients, JV partners and third parties.
Engineering degree and P.E. certification are typical prerequisites.

Responsibilities

Assures safe project execution to client satisfaction while meeting cost, schedule and contract requirements.
Delivers financial, HSE, client satisfaction, budget and schedule performance results.
Serves as prime client contact and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
Leading the project management team to ensure successful project completion and ethical conduct.
