Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned project leader to manage offshore energy projects, lead global teams, and help power the energy transition across 54 countries. This role oversees EPC/EPFI initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.

You will drive client relationships, align project strategies with commercial goals, and influence executive decisions to support profitability and global growth in a dynamic energy landscape.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree.
• 15+ years in EPC industry with at least 8 years in a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of large EPC/EPFI projects with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Act as primary client representative, building relationships and driving satisfaction and performance.
• Develop and execute project strategies, risk plans, execution plans, and forecasts for profitability.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, oversee resource planning, and provide strategic leadership.
• Manage contracts, change orders, subcontractors, and regulatory compliance.
